Because internet security is my specialty I was very reluctant to get into social networking. I tried it briefly and quickly realized that everything is added to databases and is permanently owned by the sponsoring companies. You cannot delete it.

Among the things I can find on the social networking sites are my residences for the last 15 years and my work history for the last 25 years. I can’t even remember that stuff myself. It is a reality that we do not have a right to privacy even though we fight for it, but I decided to back off social networking and regroup.

For security sake there are two things I have implemented. I do a complete digital back-up of my computer once a week using PC Backup. If I get a virus, rootkit, or irremovable Trojan that destroys my computer I can format it and reinstall a clean copy. For the best security measure I have created an online persona. It can be tracked and profiled and spied upon and marketed and all my information sold for a profit as long as they call it fiction. LOL

Actually even the people buying the information won’t realize they are buying the illusive spirit of the internet. Totally fiction and disposable. Only my friends know it’s me and I can tell everyone when I throw me away.

I was born in Tron. Next, I was visualized as a few bit players and creatures in the digital revision of Star Wars. Currently, I exist on the internet where a person can be anyone or thing they want to be, which is very dangerous. Although I am only the Illusive Spirit of the internet I feel it is my duty to protect everyone from the hazardous territory of Cyberspace by maintaining an up to date website about staying safe and secure on a minimal budget.
